Sage Timeslips


Obsolescence Policy
The Sage Obsolescence Policy is to support the current Sage Timeslips release and, in most cases, two prior releases of a product. Product support includes live customer support and compatibility with other add-on products or services offered. Sage will support an obsolete product until a customer's support plan for that product expires.
Timeslips 2008 will not be supported as of 10/31/2010. Any support plans purchased by customers on the Timeslips 2008 product before 10/31/2010 will be supported until they expire.
If you are using an obsolete version of Sage Timeslips, we urge you to upgrade to the most current release in order to be eligible for customer support and to be compliant with new operating environments.
